High School Athletics

Eno River Academy is proud to offer athletic opportunities to it’s students at the high school level. Interscholastic athletics help our student-athletes develop important life skills such as teamwork, sportsmanship and perseverance. It is our goal to produce students who will go on to succeed not only in athletics, but in all aspects of life.

For the 2018/2019 school year, ERA has competed as an independent school in the North Carolina High School Athletic Association. For the 2019/20 school year, we will be joining the Central Tar Heel Conference and competing with other 1A high schools from around the area. At the high school level, we offer boys and girls soccer, girls volleyball, boys and girls cross country, boys and girls basketball, boys and girls swimming, cheerleading, and boys baseball.

In order to be eligible for athletic participation all student-athletes must have a current physical examination on file in Coach Gatt’s office, as well as their permission slip and concussion form. Students must also have paid our school athletic fee that will be used to help the school cover the cost of athletics. If you have any questions regarding ERA Athletics, please contact rgatt@enoriveracademy.org.

Thank you and Go Bobcats!
