Women’s Basketball Update:

Monday 10/23: 6:00-7:30pm in the K-8 gym.

Tuesday 10/24: Time and Location TBD (depends on volleyball playoff schedule)

Follow our instagram @enoriverwbb for updates.

Men’s Basketball Update:

Tryouts for Men’s Varsity and Junior Basketball will be held Monday and Tuesday, October 23 and 24. The tryouts will be held at Cedar Grove Ruritan Club gym, as our fine volleyball teams still will be competing in tournaments and practicing in the Eno gyms. The gym is on Efland-Cedar Grove Road, about 12 minutes from school.

Monday, tryouts will run from 4:15 – 6:15 after school. Tuesday, tryouts will run from 6:00 – 7:30.

You don’t need to try out for one team or the other. All athletes compete together, and coaches then name and assign teams.  The tryouts are not exclusive to athletes who have been working out with the basketball coaches. If you think you would enjoy high school basketball and have something that you could contribute to the teams, we’d love to see you at tryouts. Coaches strive to make the tryouts developmental. So, whether you make a team or not, you should expect a good experience and should expect that you’ll leave having learned how to be a better basketball player.
