Thank you for your patience and understanding while we try to navigate the issues with the Chromebooks. Some of these directions also work if you have your own personal computer but are still having issues (start at step 21. If that doesn’t work, contact me.)
We believe we have a fix that you can try at home. I’ve attached the step-by-step directions with pictures. It should take, on average, about 10 minutes to complete all steps. You will need to have your home Wi-Fi password, child’s email address, and child’s email password handy.
