I hope everyone has had a great week, and is getting excited for our upcoming Silent Auction! This is a huge event for our music and arts programs, and there are lots of ways to offer support. Please consider the options below and share, share, share this info with family and friends!
1- Purchase tickets to attend the event Saturday, February 23rd.
2- Sign up for online bidding through the link below, even if you can’t attend the auction. Except for the live auction items that evening, all silent auction items can be won without being present on the 23rd.
3- Sign up to volunteer through the link below.
4- Share our link! Friends and family can bid from far and wide, and we’d love to see all of these amazing items find a new home.

Our incredibly dedicated Silent Auction team needs a final head count for the caterer by Monday, February 18th, so please purchase your tickets as soon as possible, if you are able to attend.
At our February meeting, we received a wonderful update about the Silent Auction donations and sponsors. We also heard from Future Visions that they have a meeting scheduled for March 7th from 5 to 6 pm. Future Visions will be reviewing our Strategic Plan as we prepare for the annual update later this spring. PATH provided information about Spring Fling and our first-ever Color Run, and has shared sign up information for these events!
The Board approved the Public Comment Policy, and the final version will be posted in our Comprehensive Manual and will be available online. There were minimal revisions needed from the initial draft after the reviews during our posted comment period. Planning is also underway for our April ‘Looking Forward with ERA’ event- more information will be coming out about this event in March.
