Graduation Updates & Information

Seniors and Families,

Graduation is quickly approaching, and we wanted to share a few updates and reminders with you.

Senior Awards Night:  Join us for our virtual awards ceremony on Thursday, May 20 at 5 p.m. Click here for the meeting information and link.

Cap and Gown Pictures:  We are offering Cap & Gown pictures for seniors through Strawbridge Studios on Monday, May 17 from 1-4 p.m.  Students will need to bring their own cap and gown to wear for the pictures.  Click here to sign up.

Family Message:  Family messages are due to Dr. Davis by May 21.  Just email her with that. Click here for examples of family messages from last year’s class (names removed).

Senior Lunch: The senior lunch is Tuesday, May 25 from 11 a.m.-1:30 p.m. at the high school. We will have food trucks in the student parking lot behind the gym. No money is needed as we are covering the costs through donations. Graduation rehearsal immediately follows the lunch.

Spotify Playlist:  We have created a Spotify playlist for the ERA HS Class of 2021.  Submit your song suggestions to add to the playlist.

Honor Cords:  Students who are members of NHS, NAHS, or Tri-M may pick up their honor cords starting next Monday, May 17 from 8-1 each day in the front office. We will also have them available at the Cap & Gown pictures to pick up then.

Senior Highlights on ERA Facebook Page: We will begin highlighting our seniors on the ERA Facebook page over the next few weeks. If you do not want to be featured, please let Dr. Davis know.

Graduation Rehearsal and Ceremony Supply Packets:  We have created packets with instructions and vehicle signs.  These packets may be picked up next week (5/17-21) between 8 a.m-1 p.m., Cap & Gown pictures, or at the senior lunch prior to rehearsal.

Chromebooks:  Seniors should return their school-issued Chromebooks following their last teacher-exam the week of May 17.  We are available on May 19-21 from 8-1 or on Saturday, May 22 from 9-12 for device return.

Thank you for your ongoing support. We look forward to celebrating our seniors over the next few weeks.
