Student Schedules:

Thank you for your patience as we work to ensure all students have a schedule for the first day of school! We have reviewed all students’ requests and schedules in PowerSchool. Beginning Wednesday, July 27, students and parents may log into PowerSchool and see their posted schedule for the fall. Please note that not all classes are available every semester or every period; therefore, some scheduling conflicts do occur. If your child had a scheduling conflict, our team prioritized graduation requirements. If you would like to request a schedule change after viewing your schedule for the upcoming school year, you may do so by using the Schedule Change Request Form.

Please make sure to note the guidelines below for submitting a schedule change request:

  • We will not honor any schedule change requests for classes that you originally signed up for as a primary or alternate class during spring registration.

  • Schedules will not be changed if the request is to change a teacher, period, semester, or to be in a course with specific students.

  • Students requesting to drop an AP course should complete the change request form. These requests will be reviewed by Ms. Sealy directly.

  • Do not submit multiple forms for the same request.  However, you will need to submit multiple forms if you want to change more than one class.

  • Schedule change requests will be reviewed by the high school administrative team, and we will notify you within 48 business hours of when the request was received via the form below.  Please do not email us prior to that to ask for an update.

  • Students and families who have emailed their requests over the summer, please fill out the form to ensure we have the request in one spot.

  • Priority will be given to students who need a class for graduation requirements and are the closest to their graduation date (seniors, juniors, sophomores, freshmen).

  • The deadline to make any requests is by 4 p.m. on Wednesday, August 3.  No schedule change requests will be accepted after that time.

Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.  Thanks for following this process as we work through schedule changes and logistics.
