Bobcat Bonanza Booth Information
Booth FAQ:
Who can host a booth?
ERA Clubs and groups can host a booth with a carnival type game that can be a "ticket to play" game. There will be ticket booths for families to purchase tickets to play at each booth.
How much space will each booth have?
Each booth will be allotted a 10 x 10 space
If your booth needs more space for activities you may request this with your application and we will try to accommodate.
Will we be able to access power?
No power is available.
Where is parking?
Parking is available in the high school parking lot across from the field.
There will be a 10 minute loading zone adjacent to the field to assist with set up and break down.
The loading zone will be reserved for food trucks beginning at 9am.
Will bathrooms be available?
Bathrooms in the high school will open for the event
What happens if there is inclement weather?
In case of rain the event will be moved inside the high school gym
What time is set up and clean up?
Booth set up begins at 7:15am; all booths need to be ready by 9:30am
All booths must be broken down and your area cleaned by 3pm.
What do I need to know about the booth?
Booths must be attended at all times and open the duration of the event.
Booths will need to manage their own trash during the event; trash may be emptied at the high school dumpsters.
How do prizes work?
Prizes will be provided at booth check in. If you run out of prizes you can obtain more at a ticket booth.
How does the profit sharing work?
Each club will earn up to $75 from the profit sharing from their booth. Funds to clubs will be distributed one week after the event.
What else?
Things to consider - it may be hot! Remember to bring sunscreen and water/snacks. Booths must have an attendant at all times, ideally at least two in case someone needs to leave. Consider this when creating your attendant schedules and allow for overlap time between shifts. You may bring chairs and shade tents, any stakes need to stay within your 10 x 10 area.
Once your booth application is submitted, administration will confirm your approval in approximately 2 weeks. Booth locations will be shared a week prior to the event and at booth check-in the day of the Bonanza. Booth check-in will be near the loading zone adjacent to the field. In case of rain, booth check-in will be in the high school commons.
