We would really appreciate your support in helping some of these fun activities happen for the teachers. Sign up to help here:

LAST CALL FOR DONATIONS for TEACHER APPRECIATION GIFTS - THIS Friday May 4th is the deadline to donate  and then we will put gifts together for delivery on Friday May 10th.

This will be a school wide collection from families to purchase gift cards for all members of our staff (teachers, administrators, specialists, etc) We are so grateful for any generosity towards showing our staff how much they are appreciated (and making the shopping easier on you!)

**Cash can be sent in an envelope with Julie Forrest - TAW (teacher appreciation week) on the front and turned into the HS or K-8 office.

K-5 Field Day:  Hello future Olympians and very proud parents,

I am very excited about this year's field day coming up this Friday May 3 from 8:00 am until 11:30 am. Attached you will find out which country your olympian is representing. The color associated with your student is the color they should wear that day. A single t-shirt will do but please feel free to represent your country with pride. The countries are as follows: United States (red), Germany (black), France (white), Italy (green), Sweden (Yellow), and Great Britain (blue).. This is to ensure each country is well represented. Each country’s team consists of olympians from each grade level and olympians will earn points for their respective countries.

Kindergarten through third grade will have stations around the lower school. Fourth and fifth grades will be performing activities located on the large field next to the high school and in the high school gym. Coach Smith, the high school PE teacher, will be assisting with our field day along with many of her amazing students.

Field day cannot happen with the amazing help of all of the parent and student volunteers. I want to go ahead and thank you for your support and help this year. If you have signed up to volunteer please meet in the lower school gym Friday morning promptly at 8 am. There you will be given your assigned activity and the schedule of the day. Students will begin lining up for opening ceremonies at 8:15 am. Thank you again for all of your help and support making this day one to remember.

A few quick reminders:

Olympians need to wear sneakers, bring a water bottle, and dress in the color of their assigned country. Parent volunteers should park in the High School parking lot and meet in the lower school gym at 8:00. .
