Drivers Education
We will have our next Driver's Education class from February 3rd through February 21st. If you are interested in signing up, here is the link. Class will be through zoom Monday - Friday from 4:30 - 6:30. If you have any questions, please contact Michael Brown.
LAST WEEK! Intent to Enroll for 2025-2026 School Year
For All Current Students:
Families MUST complete the ERA 2025-26 Intent to Enroll form providing information for each currently enrolled student. The deadline to complete this form is January 31, 2025. Reference the Intent to Return Parent Letter for full directions.
For Siblings of Current Students:
Families must complete a Lottery application for each sibling of a currently enrolled student that they would like to try to get a spot at ERA. The deadline to complete the lottery application is February 21, 2025. Reference the Intent to Return Parent Letter for full directions.
Updates:
Reminder: No students should leave campus during lunch! Also, please speak with your students about signing in when they arrive late in the morning and the importance of attending class on time. We will reiterate these points but would appreciate your support as well.
Blood Drive—Our next Blood Drive is Friday, January 31, 2025, from 9:30 to 2:00 in the high school gym. We would love to have 50+ people sign up!

ERA is hosting the conference swim meet on Wednesday, January 22 at 7pm in the OC Sportsplex. Here is the link to sign up to volunteer.
Group Piano Lessons - Does your 5-12th grader want to learn how to play piano? Sign them up for Group Piano Lessons after school with Mrs. Spencer, our upper school Chorus & Piano teacher! Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:35-4:05pm, 5-12th grade students can work in a group setting to learn the basics of how to play piano. Click HERE for more information and HERE to sign up!

ACC CCP Information
We are having an information session for students and families to learn about the Career & College Promise (CCP) program at Alamance Community College. This dual enrollment program offers high school juniors and seniors the opportunity to earn college credits for free while still in high school. During the session, we will provide information about eligibility, the benefits of participation, and how to apply.
This session will be an excellent opportunity for you to learn more about how CCP can help your student get a head start on their college education. We encourage you to attend and bring any questions you might have!

Important Upcoming Dates:
February 17: CCP office will start accepting applications for Fall 2025 semester Visit our website for application information.
February 10: Applications due for NEW students who want to take a Spring 2025 second 8-week course. Second 8-week courses begin on March 10.
April 11: Applications due for NEW students who want to take a Summer 2025 course. Summer courses begin May 21.
(Student must be officially classified as 11th grade on their transcript to be eligible for 2nd 8-week Spring or Summer 2025)
Current CCP students can still register for Spring second 8-week and Summer courses. They should reach out to their advisor to get registered.

Career Fair
On March 27th, ERA will be hosting a Career Fair for the entire school! In order to make this a success, WE NEED YOUR HELP! We are looking for parents/community members to lead a brief session on what you do for your job and your industry. We want a broad representation so whether you are in the business field, an entrepreneur/business owner, construction/building field, administrative field, health industry, non-profit field, or education field - we NEED ANY AND EVERY profession represented! Bobcat Bonanza
On April 26th from 10am - 2pm we will have our first annual Bobcat Bonanza. This will be a fun time for the entire family. There will be a silent auction, food, games, and fun from our whole school community. You definitely don’t want to miss this!
