The board will hold a virtual special meeting on Tuesday, September 3 at 3:00 p.m. on Zoom (https://us02web.zoom.us/j/86962740139#success) The purpose of this special meeting is for the required board approval of an application for a state safety grant. Eno River Academy Families, I hope you’re all doing well. Due to Tropical Storm Debby and the threat for flooding and high winds, we have made the decision to close Eno River Academy on Thursday, August 8th to ensure the safety of our students and staff. Important Details: Closure Date: Thursday, August 8th Reason: High winds expected, potential for flooding and unsafe road conditions. Impact: All classes, meetings, and school-related activities (including sports) are canceled for the day. Please ensure that your child does not travel to school. We will keep you updated on any further developments and inform you of the reopening schedule as soon as possible. For updates, please check our website, app, social media channels, and WRAL. Having completed the on campus ED candidate interviews, the ERA Board of Directors will be holding an open special board meeting on Friday morning, June 7 from 8:00 a.m. - 8:30 a.m. for the purpose of the board voting to make an offer of employment to one of the Executive Director candidates.
